However you also need to keep in mind that when we were playing it, it was generally two against one (featuring Tal, Trent and Jason), and we also got into a couple games of two on two with somebody from PC Accelerator. The TF characters have more in common with the superhuman deathmatch characters of previous Quake fragfests than real world military combat, despite the weapons and uniforms. Obviously, while Team Fortress for Half-Life has a lot of realistic elements, it's not the kind of ultra-realism seen in say Rainbow Six. I mean, you can slap a rocket in his face and he'll keep on trucking. The Heavy Weapons guy, for example, is likely to be a popular class, since he can dish out and take a lot of damage.
